Summary: The Office Assistant will be CSI’s first point of contact for callers and visitors. Assists the Head of School, Director of Operations and Administrative Service/Recruitment Coordinator with her/his duties, support faculty and staff with general office work, record keeping, data management, personnel time sheets, invoices, completing and filing paperwork and reports.
“First Impressions Manager” responsible for greeting parents and visitors and answering phones.
Manages communication with parents, particularly helping to resolve issues or concerns, and ensuring that parents know about school events, parent conference days, etc.
Coordinate parent volunteer activities with faculty and staff.
Maintains office files, inventory and supplies.
Manages and distributes mail.
Maintains student attendance records and student folders.
Data entry into student management system.
Assists with student transportation.
Responsible for office equipment including servicing of postage machine, fax, laminator and copiers.
